Stolen firearms

 

Near North Crime Stoppers and the North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating stolen firearms taken during a Break and Enter in Calvin Township.

The Break and Enter is believed to have occurred between December 31, 2020 and January 1, 2021 at a seasonal residence on Peddlers Drive, Calvin township.  One person has been arrested and charged however the stolen firearms have not been recovered.

 

The stolen items are described as:

- a semi-automatic .40 caliber Bersa Thunder hand gun

- a semi-automatic .22 caliber Browning Buck Mark hand gun

- a semi-automatic 9mm Jericho 941F hand gun

- a bolt action .22 caliber rifle

- a bolt action .303 caliber Lee Enfield rifle

- a bolt action 7.62 mm Norinco rifle

- a semi-automatic .44 caliber rifle

- 2 air rifles

- a dark green Homesafe gun cabinet
